Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative staff and interns—both in office and remote
- Organize team meetings, client events, and staff activities
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Manage Talent Acquisition System
- Manage onboarding of new hires
- Assist with human resource management
- Manage vendor contracts for office equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc.
- Liaise with IT to address technology needs, issues, and optimization
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage special projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a pleasant and efficient office environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum two years of management or other relevant work experience
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
- In-Person
Compensation:
- $75,000 annually
